What Does a Fixed Mindset or Growth Mindset Actually Mean?
Think about a time that you learned to do something new and challenging. Did you think about quitting or think that it was too hard when it didn't come easy to you? Were you worried about not succeeding? These are all signs of fixed mindset thinking.
If you set new goals, work harder when it gets hard, or take risks and try new strategies then you are using growth mindset thinking.
